Vice President of Mie University of Japan Visited NJFU

On November 12, the vice president of Mie University visited NJFU. Vice President Yin Tongming attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Deans and scholars of the College of International Education, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the College of Furnishing and Industrial Design, the College of Foreign Languages attended the meeting.

In his speech, Yin Tongming welcomed the delegation and briefly introduced NJFU. He said that international development was one of the core strategies of NJFU. 2024 witnessed the exchange of visits between the two universities and the signing of a substantive cooperation agreement. He believed the in-depth exchanges between the two universities in various disciplines and professions, the extensive cooperation between the two sides in personnel training, joint scientific research would be greatly promoted.

Jin Zicong expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and highly praised the academic achievements and academic reputation of NJFU. He said that Mie University attached great importance to strengthening cooperation and exchanges with Chinese universities, and this visit would further enhance the understanding of the history, disciplines and educational strength of Nanjing Forestry University. The two universities had many overlapping disciplines and professional Settings. He hoped that there would be more faculty and students exchange in the future.
