A Delegation of Instituto Superior Tecnológico CIC Yasuní Visited NJFU
On November 13th, a delegation led by Mr. Segundo Martin Quito Cortez, the president of Instituto Superior Tecnológico CIC Yasuní in Ecuador, visited NJFU. Vice President Yin Tongming attended the meeting.
Yin Tongming extended a warm welcome to the delegation, and introduced the history, disciplinary characteristics and international development strategy of NJFU. He pointed out that Instituto Superior Tecnológico CIC Yasuní actively promoted educational equity, technological innovation and cross-cultural integration in the Amazon region, and its goals were highly consistent with NJFU’s mission and responsibility in areas such as ecological protection and sustainable development.
Segundo Martin Quito Cortez introduced the characteristics and achievements of the school in aspects such as blended online and offline teaching, virtual laboratory construction, and indigenous education. He expressed that he would actively promote the sending of outstanding students to NJFU for further study and further expand the cooperation between the two sides in talent cultivation.
At the meeting, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on teacher-student communication, digital teaching, and international student education, and initially reached a cooperation intention. During the visit, the delegation visited the library and gained an in-depth understanding of the advanced concepts and practical achievements of NJFU in the construction of digital resources and the establishment of smart learning spaces.
