Research Results of NJFU Published in ‘Advanced Materials’
Recently, a paper entitled “Oxygen-Vacancy-Induced Formation of Pt-Based Intermetallics on MXene with Strong Metal-Support Interactions for Efficient Oxygen Reduction Reaction” was published in the top international journal ‘Advanced Materials’ (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/adma.202400198). The research shows the potential application prospect of platinum-based ordered intermetallic compound composites in fuel cells, laying a good theoretical and technical foundation for the design and development of fuel cell cathode catalysts with independent intellectual property rights. The research was carried out by the High Efficiency Energy Conversion Materials and Technology Innovation team of the College of Science NJFU. The first author Zhang Yu is a master degree student of the College of Science NJFU. Dr. Xiao Weiping and Prof. Yang Xiaofei of NJFU were the corresponding authors.
