Research Results of NJFU Published inComprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety’

Recently, based on research results of Prof. Wu Cai’e’s team of the College of Light Industry and Food, a paper entitled " Paper-based material with hydrophobic and antimicrobial properties: Advanced packaging materials for food applications” has been published online in the top international journal ‘Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety’. (https://doi.org/10.1111/1541-4337.13373). NJFU was the first completion unit. Shi Jieyin, a master degree student of Class 2022, the College of Light Industry and Food, was the first author. Associate Professor Li Tingting was the   corresponding author. The research was funded by National Key Research and Development Program.
