A Review of NJFU Published inTrends in Food Science & Technology’

Recently, a review entitled " Multipurpose liposome-based food active packaging: Carrier characteristics, preparation methods, and applications in freshness preservation” has been published in the top international journal ‘Trends in Food Science & Technology’ (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tifs.2025.105470). NJFU was the first completion unit. Li Jiaxin, a master program student of the College of Light Industries and Food, was the first author. Associated Professor Li Tingting and Professor Wu cai’e were the co-corresponding authors. This research was funded by the National Key Research and Development Project.
