Research Results of NJFU Published in ‘Trends in Food Science & Technology’
Recently, members of the National Key Laboratory of Forest Food Resource Mining and Utilization at our university published a review paper titled "Natural mannose containing glycans as gut modulators: A mechanical and translational perspective" in the top 5 journals in the field of agriculture and forestry science, "Trends in Food Science&Technology" (IF=17.08) https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tifs.2026.105709 ). Professor Huang Caoxing and others from the School of Chemical Engineering at our university are the co corresponding authors of this article. Shang Wenqi, a doctoral student from the School of Chemical Engineering, is the first author of the paper, and our university is the first completion unit.
