The Major of Food Science and Engineering NJFU Got IFT Approval
On December 16, the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in the U.S. sent a letter to NJFU to confirm that the undergraduate major of food science and engineering had got the five-year IFT Approval from 2022-2027.
Founded in 1939, IFT is a non-profit organization composed of experts in the field of food science. IFT Approval is the professional certification with the longest history and the highest quality in the international food education certification system. Obtaining the Approval is important for the professional education and talent training of food science and engineering to reach international first-class level. At present, 80 well-known universities around the world have got the Approval, among them 10 are in China.
