Research Results of NJFU Published in ‘Nature Food’

Recently, a paper entitled “Cradle-to-grave emissions from food loss and waste represent half of total greenhouse gas emissions from food systems” has been published in the top international journal ‘Nature Food’ (https://www.nature.com/articles/s43016-023-00710-3). NJFU was the first completion unit. Zhu Jingyu, Luo Zhenyi and Sun Tingting, three postgraduates of NJFU were the first authors. Prof. Yin Ke of the College of Biology and the Environment NJFU, Prof. Fei Xunchang of Nanyang Technological University and Dr. Tong Huanhuan of JFE Engineering were the corresponding authors. The achievement was funded by Nanjing Forestry University.
